1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

Currency. All transactions on luxewin99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). luxewin99 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

Accepted Payment Methods. luxewin99 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable limits. luxewin99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on luxewin99 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. luxewin99 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. luxewin99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Funds Ownership. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your luxewin99 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. luxewin99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any transaction it deems suspicious.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses credited to your luxewin99 account are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the luxewin99 Platform:

• Cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with any game or wager;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luxewin99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

luxewin99 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

In no event shall luxewin99's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luxewin99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
